We partner with Fine Art America to fulfill all physical print and home decor orders that you buy through this site’s fine art prints shop page. All products are custom-made upon order, and shipping times may vary based on your location.

- Delivery Time: Depending on your location, shipping times range from 7-14 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order.

Return Policy for Physical Products
We partner with Fine Art America to fulfill all physical print and home decor orders that you buy through this site’s fine art prints shop page. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Fine Art America offers a 30-day return policy for physical products. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product, and the item must be in its original condition.

- Processing Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.

Etsy Digital Downloads Shipping Policy
All NLS Design digital downloads are sold through Etsy at my two shops – Here and Here.
There is no shipping cost because they are downloaded instantly after purchase!

Etsy Digital Downloads Return Policy
All NLS Design digital downloads are sold through Etsy at my two shops – Here and Here.
Due to the nature of digital products, Etsy has a standard policy that all digital downloads are non-refundable. Once the files are purchased and downloaded, Etsy will not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, if you encounter any issues with the files or unsatisfied for any reason, please message me through the according Etsy shop that you purchased from or contact me here for support. I will make adjustments to your order individually to make it right!
