Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome!
We’re excited to have you as part of the NLS Design affiliate program.
By signing up, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligible Sales

You will earn commissions on sales made directly through your affiliate link on nlsdesignllc.com only.

Note: Sales made through Etsy, Fine Art America, or other third-party platforms are not eligible for commissions.

2. Commission Rates

You will earn:

  • 50% of the sale price (before taxes or discounts) on eligible purchases made directly through nlsdesignllc.com.

3. Payouts

  • Payouts are made via PayPal during the first week of every month, for commissions earned in the previous calendar month.

  • A minimum of $25 in earned commissions is required before a payout is issued.

  • Earnings below the minimum payout amount will roll over to the next month.

  • Commissions are subject to a 14-day pending period after a referred sale to account for refund or cancellation requests.

  • If a sale is refunded during this 14-day grace period, the associated commission will be voided and not paid out.

4. Tax Information

  • U.S.-based affiliates who earn $600 or more in a calendar year are required to submit a completed W-9 form before additional payouts can be processed.

  • A 1099-NEC tax form will be issued to qualifying affiliates at year-end, in accordance with U.S. tax law.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate tax information and comply with applicable local tax regulations.

5. Promotion Guidelines

You may promote your affiliate link through:

  • Blogs

  • Social Media

  • Email Newsletters

  • Personal Websites

Paid advertising using the “NLS Design” brand name or direct bidding on brand terms is not allowed without prior written approval.

Affiliates are expected to represent the NLS Design brand accurately and respectfully. Our Studio Collection emphasizes high-end, gallery-quality artwork in a style that complements a wide range of modern interiors.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any affiliate at our discretion if these terms are violated or if activity is deemed inconsistent with our brand values.
