Production, Shipping, and Returns

All prints are made to order through my professional print partner.

Each piece is produced individually to ensure consistent, gallery-level quality.

Production Time

  • 2–5 business days for most print sizes
  • Larger formats may need a little extra time

Production begins quickly after an order is placed, to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Shipping Time

  • 3–7 business days within the United States
  • Framed prints may require additional transit time due to packaging and carrier handling

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Locations

At this time, orders ship within the United States only.

International shipping may be added in the future, but it is not available right now.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: Standard shipping is FREE for all orders
  • No additional handling fees

Packaging

Prints and framed artwork are packaged securely to prevent damage:

  • Prints 11″ × 14″ and smaller ship flat in protective sleeves/mailers
  • Prints 11″ × 17″ and larger ship rolled in tubes to prevent creasing
  • Framed prints ship in corrugated boxes with corner protectors and face padding

Returns & Replacements

Because each print is custom made to order, all sales are final.

However, I gladly replace items that:

  • Arrive damaged
  • Arrive defective
  • Were sent in error

If your order arrives with an issue, please email contact@nlsdesignllc.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be issued at no cost.

Color & Material Variations

Small color variations can occur between screens and printed artwork due to differences in monitor calibration and the fine-art printing process.

This is normal and is not considered a defect.

Changes or Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are submitted.

Additional Notes

  • Framed prints may require additional transit time due to packaging and carrier handling
  • Larger formats may take slightly longer to produce
  • Tracking will be emailed the moment your order ships
